Conditions

ECIS member: By choosing this registration option, the conference participant either extends her or his existing ECIS membership by one year or becomes a new ECIS member. The registration fee includes the annual membership fee of €25.

ECIS and IACIS member: By choosing this registration option, the conference participant either extends her or his existing ECIS and IACIS memberships by one year or becomes a new ECIS and IACIS member. The registration fee includes the annual membership fee of €40.

Regular participant: Normal participation at the ECIS conference, but the participant becomes member of neither ECIS nor IACIS.

PhD student: To qualify for the reduced PhD registration fee, the applicants must submit a letter from the professor supervising their PhD, with attestation that the applicant works on a PhD.

The ECIS/IACIS membership fee, together with €25 per each regular participant and €5 per each student are transfered to the ECIS. If you have any questions about this scheme, please, contact the ECIS general secretary.

On-line registrations will be only accepted by September 4, 2010. Only on-site registration will be available after this date. Registration Forms received after this date will not be handled and confirmed. The on-site registration will be available at the Congress venue from September 5, 2010.

Accompanying person fee includes one FREE half-day tour – please choose during the registration process either Prague Castle Tour or Boat Cruise with Coffee and Cake. A day tour to Konopiste Castle with Lunch is also included in Accompanying person fee; do not forget to register if you want to participate.

Cancellations and Refunds

The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress. The following cancellation conditions will apply:
Cancellations received by July 31, 2010 - full refund of the registration fee less 30% administrative charge applies
Cancellations received from August 1, 2010 - no refund

Refunds will be made in September 2010.

Participants name should be clearly legible otherwise the payment cannot be identified. All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. To simplify the identification of your payment please enclose a copy of your bank transfer with the registration form and send it to the Congress Secretariat by fax: +420 284 001 448.

Credit Cards

Only Mastercard/Eurocard, VISA, Diners Club and American Express credit cards are accepted.

For the payment by a credit card, please, use the Online Payment System (available after login). Please note that payment through the online system is available once the Letter of Confirmation is received.

You can also complete Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and send it signed by a card holder to Congress Secretariat by fax: +420 284 001 448.

Credit cards will be charged in local currency – Czech crowns (CZK) by using the exchange rate of the Czech National Bank on the date of payment. The approximate exchange rate is 1 EUR = 25 CZK.
Participants from the Czech Republic are allowed to make payment in CZK. The amount must be according to CNB rate for the day of the transfer. Czech participants requesting an invoice must use the CNB rates for the day of the invoice issue.
